什麼是IVN？ （International Volunteers Network）
IVN致力於提供一個讓各國門薩志工會面並盡情交流經驗與想法的機緣，在IBD、EMAG跟AMG等門薩主要活動中舉辦。
本次演講主題是《Development Strategies and Projects》，台灣門薩的演講內容主要聚焦於今年三月成立後所考量的Action（成立流程與待辦事項）、Cost（組織運作的成本分析）、Challenges（SWOT分析的Weakness）以及Measurable Result（成立後運作的預期效益）。
The purpose of the IVN meetings is to provide volunteers of various national Mensas opportunities to meet and exchange experiences and ideas.
The IVN meetings are held alongside major Mensa events, including the IBD, EMAG and AMG.
